Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Fajitas

Jumbo shrimp stuffed with Monterey cheese and fresh jalapeños, bacon wrapped and mesquite grilled, and topped with garlic butter. Served with homemade guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, rice and beans, and flour or corn tortillas.
